Have to keep resetting password?

Same issue as RoMoGAMER, also with a UVerse gateway. Factory resetting the gateway worked for me as well. If you have a custom wireless network name and password, keep in mind that resetting the UVerse router will reset you network name and password as
well, and you'll have to log back in with the default network name and password to reconfigure everything again.

If you keep having someone resetting your licenses you should for change your password as well.

Sorry to hear about what happened. It's possible an issue with his profile. I would suggest to re-add his profile to correct any issue.

Note: Before doing these steps, please make sure that you know exactly the email address linked with your gamertag and the password to it so you can add the correct account again.

1. Remove account:
Press the Xbox button to open the guide. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm. When you're finished, select Close.

2. Power cycle:
Press and hold Xbox's power button for 10 sec. Unplug the power supply for 30 sec. Plug it back in and turn it on again.

3. Add account:
Press the Xbox button to open the guide. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new.

Enter the email address for the Microsoft account that you want to add, and then select Enter.

Also, you should know that they HAVE sent password resets in reference to this, BUT they KEEP sending it to a gmail account with a name that I am completely unfamiliar with, and they've been notified multiple times that they keep sending the reset to the
wrong address.

You would need to get back in touch with phone support.
