Have to change password daily as repeatedly says it is wrong

As the title says, the last few days in a row I have had to reset the password as when we go to sign in it keeps saying the password is wrong when it definitely isn't. Changing it only work for a day then suddenly it decides the password is wrong again!
Very annoying having to keep changing, has happened with both our xbox live accounts

Can't login even after resetting password

Hi, I've been having trouble signing into my other Microsoft account on my Windows 10 PC.

This is a new account so I don't have any of my purchases that I have on the other account but it repeatedly says I have the wrong password

I went through the password reset process and changed the password but it still tells me I'm putting in the wrong password and won't let me login.

I've tried on several devices and I can't login on any of them.

Is there a waiting period before the new password updates or is there something else wrong with my account?

Inconsistencys between comp and xbox account

Sorry if this is in the wrong section or if it has already been answered.

I bought a new 250gb xbox console. I transferred the old hard drives information to the new xbox. Whenever I try to sign into my account through the xbox it says that the password is wrong(this account does have xbox live). However, I'm able to sign into
the forums with the same account. I have repeatedly tried the password.

If anybody could help in any way it would be greatly appreciated. Quck answers would really help me out as I'm waiting to play Halo 4.

The only reason it would say its wrong is if it is being typed in wrong or it has been changed since the last time you changed it.

Hi thanks for the reply just keeps saying I have the wrong password so I changed the password it works on everything but XBOX

I'm having the same issue, I have changed my password three times already to try and rectify this issue but it still is saying I have the wrong email or password.

Hey there, JNR. Sorry to see that your console isn't accepting your wireless password! I moved your question over to the Networking forums to see if we can get you fixed up!

When you reply, can you let us know what your router is that you're connecting to? Some devices have some known issues and I want to make sure you don't have one of them before we troubleshoot you.

More than likely you're entering the email address or password incorrectly when trying to download your gamertag to the new console.

You can connect a keyboard to the console for easier typing. Why not try that?
