    i have the same problem, its really annoying . its been like this for some days now, for some reason i cant connect to xbox live. No error code or anything. Anyone know why this is ?

    Can't install games on the Xbox (beta) app for PC (Windows 10)

    it told me that "Something unexpected happened" and I got the error code 0x0000001. I tried restarting my pc and making sure it is up to date (which it is) but nothing has helped. Does anyone know why I am getting this error code?
    I'm getting a similar result trying to install Gears 5. Same error.

    i was getting that same error code telling me to try again: i got frustrated and unplugged my entire xbox wires and all. Not sure how lomg i kept it unplugged for but about two minutes and plugged everything back up and it works fine now....
