GTA 4 STEAM CODE IS INCORRECT

I have bought GTA on Steam. I had registered in Social Club and Microsoft.com for Xbox.com. I had entered the activation code on Xbox.com. The activation is success - "You have GTA 4 PC" but after loggin on GFWL in game the same activation
code is incorect. In Xbox.com I have no one game at all! In Marketplace app I have error with journal acquisitions. I tried to enter the code second time but code is already used.

Everything apps like .net, c++,SC,WL,MP had installed after the problem and reintalled just in case.

Here the questions: Where my activation code now? Why I still have no game on Xbox.com account? Why GTA 4 do not get activation code and why the game still ask me about code? Who gives me money back?

Microsoft Commerce account to start with. Then take a peek at the
prepaid code error guide and follow all the steps provided there. If you continue to experience issues, you'll want to

That code usually means it's a region issue. If you're having the problem with Gears of War 1 and/or 3, both of those games are region locked. In order to download them, your account region and your physical location have to match and you have to live in
a region where the games are available.

Usually that's a region issue. If your account region does not match your physical location, or you live in a region where the game is not available, you will run into that issue

Hmm. Righto I have changed the region of my account now. So I will see if it works. Seems weird as I have had things work no problem before without issue.
