    How can customer service offer you a code for a game and then after you go through with the exchange I am told NO!!?? That just isn't Right! Totally uncool!! This is the second time I was lied to while signing up for an advanced exchange on a product that's
    less than 4 months old! By March 13th I was told that I would need to replace all of my components!!? (Console, Controller, headset, and Kinect are all malfunctioned!) I have never had such terrible customer service from any company! Sprint is pretty bad,
    but xbox takes the cake! Is there anyone that can help redeem these lies I was tricked with? I have now bought an extra controller because there is no advanced exchange on those. I don't need an extra controller but thank you for making me buy one. Not to
    mention that even though I want to send all components back at once I have to send them separate and pay separate shipping. Extra money out of my pocket for a brand new machine!!!! And all I can be told is here is a couple months of xbox live!!?? Its silly.
    I have bought 8 games not to mention digital games, plus hundreds of dollars worth of season passes and other misc including another year! Who do I complain to about false offers!? No one seems to care! This is wrong!!

    I really don't get why so many people have problems with support? I have replaced both my Kinect and X1..... absolutely no issues. New console on my door step 2 days after advanced exchange. Kinect took about 3 weeks..... no stock... but whatever... I
