    How can customer service offer you a code for a game and then after you go through with the exchange I am told NO!!?? That just isn't Right! Totally uncool!! This is the second time I was lied to while signing up for an advanced exchange on a product that's
    less than 4 months old! By March 13th I was told that I would need to replace all of my components!!? (Console, Controller, headset, and Kinect are all malfunctioned!) I have never had such terrible customer service from any company! Sprint is pretty bad,
    but xbox takes the cake! Is there anyone that can help redeem these lies I was tricked with? I have now bought an extra controller because there is no advanced exchange on those. I don't need an extra controller but thank you for making me buy one. Not to
    mention that even though I want to send all components back at once I have to send them separate and pay separate shipping. Extra money out of my pocket for a brand new machine!!!! And all I can be told is here is a couple months of xbox live!!?? Its silly.
    I have bought 8 games not to mention digital games, plus hundreds of dollars worth of season passes and other misc including another year! Who do I complain to about false offers!? No one seems to care! This is wrong!!

    I really don't get why so many people have problems with support? I have replaced both my Kinect and X1..... absolutely no issues. New console on my door step 2 days after advanced exchange. Kinect took about 3 weeks..... no stock... but whatever... I

    XBOX ONE powers off unexpectedly

    My Xbox started doing this when I first got it, so I rang Microsoft and the went through all the checks and "fixes" and they told me to try it again and ring back if it went off again. It did so I ended up having to go through everything two more times with
    different people before they would accept that the console was faulty. They then set up the advanced exchange for me on the 27th and I'm still waiting for the replacement to arrive.

    Having your console replaced is the only thing that will sort this out as far as I know, if you ring up to have it replaced make sure you push them for the advanced exchange, at first they wanted me to wait 2 weeks for a repair.

    I called them and spend near 3 hours on the phone. They told me I would be receiving a brand new DAY ONE replacement bundle. It is also an Advanced Exchange.

    Seriously!? this has already been a 3 week transaction .. basically a nightmare from the start. I figured I was not the only person out here getting multiple defected consoles.



    This must be a more wide spread issue then recently announced. Nobody has returned my call either. They told me they were escalating this as well.

    I will be documenting my experiences as well, video recording the multiple issues I have been through with defected consoles. If it happens once again I will be taking my story and documentation of my poor service straight to the media. My local
    news and also writing larger media coverage so they can let the public know what kind of service to expect. I feel this is a Rush Product
    and will most likely end with a refund. Too bad b/c it looks to have Potential.

    Advanced Exchange Replacment Broken!

    I received a replacement console yesterday due to the fan getting quite loud (was really quiet for the first week) and having an annoying high pitch noise, could hear it while playing Battlefield 4! I plugged the new console in and instantly there was a
    squealing ticking noise coming from the fan. It's really appalling and obvious that they're not even checking the replacement consoles before shipping them to us to make sure we're not getting another defective console.

    Spoke to someone yesterday who was escalating it and someone would call me back, no one did and I'm not surprised, they never call back! Phoned up again today and was told I'll have to wait until they've taken the hold off my card before processing another
    exchange. Honestly it's a *** joke. Also initially when chatting on the online chat support last week I was told I'd get a free game but today was told that's only for hard drive problems I told him I've kept the chat transcript, he said he'd look into the
    chat but can't promise anything. I bet they don't even offer us anything for having TWO defective consoles
