Have reference number with account issue REFERENCE NUMBER 1239279035

Issue experienced with account saying i am under 18, but i am over 18 and details are all in this reference number above. As discussed with Corey.

Please assist

I know phone support said to post this, but they're actually wrong. It's against the rules to call out other gamers and the enforcement team doesn't take complaints through forum posts. You would have to file a complaint on the user via the console.

and make sure you block any and all communication with him/her then that person cannot message and or harass you at all.

 

Reference numbers are only for phone and chat support nobody on the forums can look up reference numbers.

 

Hi thanks for reply but this is what I was told to do after chat call and that someone from xbox live will look at it? Do you know if there is an email address I could send this issue directly to? Thanks for your help.?

 

there is no email address those numbers are only if you call them back or use chat support it is forum rules not to post personal info like email addresses or reference numbers.

 

OK Dave thanks for your help, but like i say I was told by two chat personal and again just now to post on this forum and wait for the enforcement team to contact us?????

 

enforcement team ONLY reads posts in the suspension and bans forums they do not read or post anywhere else so they will not be contacting you. all you can do is call up support or chat and use that reference number it is useless in the forums as nobody
in them can look them up.
