    Hello! So I previously owned Don't Stop Believing DLC song for Rock Band 3 (back when I owned an XBOX 360) many, many years ago. Anyhow, I recently bought a XBOX One console and was able to carryover all of my DLC from back then, EXCEPT for this one. I tried
    downloading it straight from Microsoft Store on the XBOX One console but it didn't let me do it. I then tried doing it from the actual Microsoft Store web page using a PC, however, it states the song is "currently not available", but it gives me an option
    to "Redeem a Code", which is strange because no other song has asked me to do that. Furthermore, I tried going back to the actual Marketplace webpage to 're-purchase' the song, and it lets me get to the part to actually pay for it, but after that it states
    there is an error. I know I am not making up that I used to own the song, I played it multiple times with family and friends. It seems strange for the option to "redeem" with a code, so I don't know if that's a proof of previous purchase, but I don't know
    what to do. I will try to contact Harmonix on my end to see if they have to provide that for me. Furthermore, I currently do not have an XBOX Live membership, since I read somewhere that some purchases are linked to your Live membership account, rather than
    the actual 'XBOX home' console account.

    Anyways, there are FREE songs and RBN songs are usually 80MSP per and there are a lot of decent deals on packs. I, myself, don't buy a lot of DLC (yes, I do have a job. I have bills to pay) but that's because I'm very picky when it comes to downloadable
    songs.

    Also, consider investing in Rock Band ($5) and Rock Band 2 ($10) tracks. The codes are usable, I believe.

    Go to Rock Band 3. Go to Get More Music and click Enter Code. Enter the code that is on the back of the manual for Rock Band 2(formally the 20 free songs code)

    All songs but Journey, Metallica, Red Hot Chili Peppers, AC/DC, and Soundgarden transfer. The bonus songs are not included in the transfer, however you can download all the bonus songs from the marketplace for free.

    I am not receiving credit for having exported rock band 2 to rock band 3, and therefore cannot upload the songs to rock band 4.

    Rock Band won't play DLC

    Update & solution:

    1) I deleted the song again from Storage/Memory.

    2) I booted up Rock Band 3 so it registered as the game NOT being in the Library.

    3) I deleted the Rock Band 3 Song Cache from Storage Memory.

    4) I re-downloaded the full song from Download History.

    5) I booted up Rock Band 3 again. It took a few minutes to recreate the song cache, but when it was done my purchased song was there and usable.
