have premium subscription not showing on my laptop

have had to reinstall windows on my laptop and when I signed into my solitaire collection does not show my premium subscription, how can I recover it? would like to know why microsoft want me to pay again.

any help would be appreciated.

Premium Taptiles Subcription

I purchased a Taptiles premium subscription for one year with my Xbox Game/Microsoft Store account as well on my desktop PC, I logged onto my laptop under my Xbox Games ID and the Taptiles premium worked fine, about 1 months into the subscription the laptop
Taptiles premium game advised that my subscription was expiring and I needed to re-purchase. The desktop premium Taptiles is still valid and working fine. What is this all about and why do I have to deal with this? Can someone please respond back to this thread.
If not, please stop taking subscription money.

Microsoft Solitaire Premium on iOS

On 3/26 of this year (less than 6 months ago) I paid for a 1-year premium subscription for Microsoft's Solitaire so I didn't have to see ads. I play that game on my iPhone daily.

As of about a week ago, the app no longer sees that I paid for premium and is showing ads. I logged out and back in again, same problem. I deleted the app from my iPhone and reinstalled it, same problem.

When I play the app on my Windows 10 laptop, that version recognizes that I paid for the premium subscription, so no ads there. But I play it way more on my phone than on my laptop, so this is really annoying.

Hi SSenator, I had problems for months with the premium subscription, uninstalled, rebooted about a dozen times, did the store reset about 6 times. Then a few days ago I changed the time, even though the time was correct, then changed the time back to the
correct time and I was able to purchase my premium subscription. While I was trying to get the premium subscription on my new laptop it expired so I had to purchase a new subscription. Lucky? maybe, but for a few days now I have had no problems. Good Luck....

Did anyone ever solve the problem for you? I am also having that problem. Although every few days the Premium version shows up. Most days it doesn't. I get the box that asks if I want to sign up for premium version. I HAVE the premium version and have
8 months left on my subscription but can't always get it. What did you do?

You should be able to log into the new device with the same credentials and have the same subscriptions.

I received a response from Apple support confirming what you had already told me. With renewed confidence I decided to try a few things. ( I also had not been able to get the Premium version on my iPhone 7 since taking out the subscription)

I got it to work YEY!!!

This is what I did, incase others have the same problem.

Although I was logged into my apple ID, naturally doing this when I set up the new ipad pro and the subscription was showing in the itunes subscriptions, for some reason the Premium subscription did not happen when opening the app on the iPad Pro or since
purchasing the subscription, on my iphone 7.

I deleted the Solitaire app, went into settings, itunes subscriptions ( you have to confirm your password during this process) I can see the Microsoft subscription. I Changed to Apps and downloaded the Microsoft Solitaire app again, opened it and yey it
is now the premium edition.

I have now done the same on my iPhone 7 and the premium is now showing there too.

For some reason it needed me to be in the iTunes subscriptions in settings, while downloading the solitaire app and opening it to work. Strange but it now works.
