    It says I've earned 7,200 on 04/12/2017 8,600 on 12/14/2016, and more. Nether occasions have ended in any rewarded currency

    134K reward points

    I have over 134K reward points. I have not been able to cash them in in over a year. I have contacted support on several occasions with no positive results. I am really getting tired of getting the emails every month telling me that I have points pending
    only to find out that I cannot cash them in.

    Please get this fixed.

    Official support hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST. Since it's the weekend they will get back to you during the week.

    Hi YokaiiCx. To confirm, deposits were made to your account on 12/14/16 and 4/12/17. You can check your Microsoft account balance at commerce.microsoft.com. These will be listed as refunds from Xbox Live Rewards.

    Hi YokaiiCx. To confirm, deposits were made to your account on 12/14/16 and 4/12/17. You can check your Microsoft account balance at commerce.microsoft.com. These will be listed as refunds from Xbox Live Rewards.

    Can you still buy pre-paid codes at stores after MS points are gone?

    The pre-paid Microsoft Point cards will be phased out over the next few months, to be replaced by pre-paid cash amount cards. If you enter any MS Point code in that time, it will just convert the points to the equivalent cash
    amount.
