Have over 65,000 points ready to be transferred to my wallet but there isn't an early deposit ...

Pretty much my title.

There is not option for me to request an early deposit. And if I get short changed somehow with the switch to Microsoft rewards instead of Xbox rewards I'll be upset.

Over 5,000 xbox live reward points but can't deposit them

I have over 5,000 reward points in my account however there is no option for me to deposit them early like I should have. How do I deposit them into my account so that I can buy a game. I have 5,750 points

 

Reward credits didn't deposit/convert last month.

I have just under 15,000 reward credits that where due to deposit/convert into my Microsoft wallet at the end of last month. I think it was around the 17th I realised so I requested an early deposit as it was an option and i just
wanted to make sure it went through. I still to this day haven't received my credits/money in my Microsoft wallet and the credits still show on my account as credits. There is also no option to request another early deposit for this month. Soooo what the hell
do I do..?

 

Also, for those that don't know, 65k translates to 65$ once it's deposited.

 

The request deposit button is only available if you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. Once you reach 5,000, they are automatically scheduled to
be deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month so there is no longer a need to request one.

From the previously available FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

You can review when your Credits were pending, as well as when you had 5000 pending, on the MyStatement on the MyRewards page.
