Have not yet to receive a Xbox One preview invite.

So about a month ago, my friend sent an invite to me for the Xbox Preview Program. Later on I realized that I didn't receive the invite yet. He has sent it a total of 3 times in the span of a month, I have yet to receive any of those invites and even any
information on it.

Is there anything that I can do to fix this issue?

lilmyk187 you will not get an invite to the preview program on this forum as it is a support forum. Please post here for an invite or ask peolple on you friends list theres bound to be one of them in the preview program.

was invited a month ago(june 15)..

a month passed still no msg from xbox..

a few days ago.. i was invited by a bunch of my friends (as they all got in when we all got invited same day as me last june 15)

but no msg yet..

i have mountains of 360games in both digital and specially physical copies.. wanting to be enjoyed using my xbone..

its depressing.. =ccccccccccccc

Sorry you're having issues receiving your invites to the Xbox Preview Program. First, not everyone that is invited to the preview program is accepted, so that may be the case here. Try the link below if you're having issues getting a preview invite
at all, then you can try to post in these forums. You'll likely get group not found and if that is the case reply to this thread. A moderator will review your settings, and grant appropriate permissions after they take a look.

Hello! A member of the support team will have to grant you access to the forum.

When your your friends invite you, like Hydro states, does not always mean that you get accepted. Microsoft has to approve the invite. Issues like have a recent suspension can drop your chances. They come out in waves as well. If your friends send you an
invite and it is not there after 72 hours, maybe have them send the invite again.

I understand that but the issue is I have not received the invite from Microsoft. I called there support team and they said I have been sent the invite, but have not accepted it yet. I've been expecting an invite for a while now. But no luck.
