Have not recieved warthog code for forza horizons 3

Hi there. I contacted xbox support a while back about not having recieved my code for the warthog in forza horizons 3. The first support agent I spoke to said I should receive it by the 27th. I have still not received it so I spoke to another support agent
who referred me here and said I should be able to get the code provided to me here. Bellow is the transcript from the original chat session with the first support agent.

Forza Horizon 3 Warthog

I have played Halo Master Chief Collection and own Forza Horizon 3 and have not recieved a code for the Halo Warthog.

Forza Horizon 3 warthog code

I have played both Halo MCC and halo 5 but have not recieved the warthog code, I have already recieved and installed Forza horizon 3 but am missing the code

Hey Cattledude89! When did you first play Halo 5 and Halo Master Chief Collection? The Warthog was a launch gift so if you played after Forza Horizon 3's launch, you would not be eligible. Post back and let me know!

Eligible players will receive codes to download the Warthog via an Xbox Live Message, and codes will begin to be sent out during the week of Sept. 5. In addition, players who have not played an Xbox One Halo game will still have the chance to earn the Warthog
via a special #Forzathon event coming to Forza Horizon 3 in October.

Warthog codes for Forza Horizon 3 will continue to go out weekly in waves to users who have played Halo 5: Guardians or Halo: MCC. If you have not received your Warthog code for Forza Horizon 3, please be sure to hang tight while codes are sent out.

We cannot guarantee which specific send eligible users will be included in, but all eligible users will receive their codes before the release of Forza Horizon 3.
