Discus and support Have not recieved my "WHOLE" Gears of War Collection for purchase of Gears of War 4 in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I only got GOW 3 and GOW:Judgment , haven't see my GOW:1 and GOW:2.     Have not recieved my "WHOLE" Gears of War Collection for purchase of Gears of War 4


    I only got GOW 3 and GOW:Judgment , haven't see my GOW:1 and GOW:2.

    What should I do?

    Where are my gears of war legacy codes?

    Bought gears of war 4 for xbox one from the microsoft store 2 weeks ago but have not recieved the codes to redeem the gears of war collection (gears 1,2,3 and the other one). Have read online that a lot of other people still haven't either. These games were
    advertised to be given free with my purchase of gears 4. Please resolve this for me microsoft.

    I have left messeges on the gears of war website but the devs have not replied

    I haven't received my codes either.

    I purchased GOW4 through the Windows Store on Oct. 13. I've played through the entire campaign and some multiplayer. No codes at all (yet).

    Hi Vadose,

    When did you purchase GoW 4? From what I have read, all the codes are going out in waves 7-10 from purchase. I understand that you have gotten GoW 3 and Judgment, which is a good thing, that means they have started sending them out. I would suggest waiting
    maybe another day or 2 before making any type of fuss over not getting it. If you don't receive them with in the next 2 days, I would suggest contacting MS Support about it.

    According to the Gears 4 page in the store the codes are being sent in waves within 30 days of purchase. Please be patient for the other 2 codes and keep an eye on your Live messages.

    Upon purchasing Gears of War 4 before December 31, 2016, you are eligible to get the entire Xbox 360 Gears of War collection for use on Xbox One which includes Gears of War, Gears of War 2, Gears of War 3, and Gears of War: Judgement. Tokens for download will
    be sent in waves through Xbox Live in-dash message system on your Xbox One, within one month of purchase or redemption.
