Have not recieved my Reward Credits from my Purchase.

I am contacting you about my order 2970d9ab-67a7-4209-a0f4-1da4017f484c. On the Xbox Rewards states that i

should get 15,000 Rewards Credits for my purchase but i haven't received it. I already contact customer support who than told me to post on the forum to receive my 15,000 Reward Credits.

For help with the Rewards program, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. If you can post any of the offers you're looking for credits from, that will help.

If you're referring to the offer to receive 15,000 credits for preordering a game, keep in mind that the credits should show as pending about 10-15 business days after the game ships as long as you preordered from microsoftstore.com. If it's been over that,
or you're referring to a different offer, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum so support can check for you.
