    I purchased Gears of War 4 and can't seem to find where I get the Gears of War collection that is supposed to be included with the game

    Where are my gears of war legacy codes?

    Bought gears of war 4 for xbox one from the microsoft store 2 weeks ago but have not recieved the codes to redeem the gears of war collection (gears 1,2,3 and the other one). Have read online that a lot of other people still haven't either. These games were
    advertised to be given free with my purchase of gears 4. Please resolve this for me microsoft.

    I have left messeges on the gears of war website but the devs have not replied

    Have not recieved my "WHOLE" Gears of War Collection for purchase of Gears of War 4

    According to the Gears 4 page in the store the codes are being sent in waves within 30 days of purchase. Please be patient for the other 2 codes and keep an eye on your Live messages.

    Me neither. I preordered xbox One S 2TB Gears of War 4 LE, finished campaing and reached levl 25 in multiplayer. Still no trace of previous titles of Gears of War

    Am I missing some code? Should they appear directly at "Ready to install"?

    Same here it's been 15 days since I redeemed the code that came with the Limited Edition Console I purchased and I haven't gotten a single code for any of the games yet. I think we should be fairly compensated with an elite gear pack for every day over the
    official release day in which we haven't received our codes.

    I'm also still waiting for my codes. I bought a new console bundle with GoW4 a week ago.

    I have played the game on both Xbox One S and Pc, so "Xbox live" is aware I own the game, and it was activated during the promotion period.

    I was informed by Microsoft support, that the codes would be sent (as a message) over Xbox live once GoW4 has been played. Yet here I am ?

    I'm not sure how they decide to hand them out but I got XBox messages today for the Collection. Not sure if it is based on location or something else, but they are getting sent out. However it is telling me the code for Gears 2 was already claimed.
