    Have not recieved Killer instinct 3 full code yet


    Hello I spoke with a customer service rep and was advised to post here. I never received the code via email. I hate to miss out because of some stupid email glitch. Hopefully my issue can be resolved.

    G'day Beelzebuth! I've deleted your other post as only one is necessary, and removed your service request numbers. Please keep that information private between you and official support agents.

    In regards to the Killer Instinct code, I'm afraid I don't see your Gamertag on the list of winners. Did you receive an Xbox Live message or email stating you had won? If so, do you have another Gamertag to which the promotion might be associated?

    Hello,

    Thank you for responding. It would be this account but wasn't for something that I won. I was supposed to receive the game code and a the special Jago character with the preorder of the day one edition & XBox Live Day One Edition package that I ordered.
    Support said it would take up to 6 weeks after the purchase so I've waited patiently but we are well past the wait time now. I have the code for the xbox live if it helps. Thank you.

    If this is the gamertag that should have received the code, please create a new thread so your issue can be investigated separately. Then just hang tight until one of the Microsoft Miss or Mister folks responds to the thread. They should be able to look
    up and see if you were eligible to receive a code. If this was not the gamertag that should have received the code please post that Gamertag. Thank you,

    Disregard the new thread comment. That's my oversight for a copy/paste from another thread I replied to where a second user chimed in on the original poster's thread. No need to create a new thread. Just wait for a response from the MS Support folks.
