Have not recieved Fallout 3 code

Discus and support Have not recieved Fallout 3 code in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I pre orderes the Fallout 4 a month prior through the Xbox One store and have not received the Fallout 3 redemption code or anyessage regarding it....     Have not recieved Fallout 3 code


    I pre orderes the Fallout 4 a month prior through the Xbox One store and have not received the Fallout 3 redemption code or anyessage regarding it. Please help.

    Pre-ordered fallout 4 November 9, 2015 and still have not recieved fallout 3 code

    No Fallout 3 code nor the Gears of War 1-3 & Judgement codes

    Have played Halo and Gears of war before November and still have not recieved the Gears codes in my messages, and have played fallout since the 25th of November and have not recieved the Fallout 3 code as well
