    Hi,

    I applied for my Xbox 360 Cashback before the close off period and submitted my receipts, yet the money has not yet come through. After apply, I received an email from Xbox confirming my application and that it was going to be transferred to my account by
    28 Feb, but it hasn't yet come through.

    I just spent over an hour chatting to a person via the chat help, so I'm a bit frustrated as after all of that, I just got told to post on here.

    Unfortunately you were told incorrectly. There is nothing that anyone can do to help you on the forums here. You'll either need to contact support again or try to find contact info the people that made the offer.

  5. Thanks for the reply. I must say I am extremely unhappy with Microsoft/xbox over this. I shouldn't have to chase this up, and even worse I shouldn't have to spend hours with a 'help' rep for them only to direct me here and again be told they can't help.
    Surely somebody, somewhere knows something about it.

    If so, then click on the Contact Us link in the upper right hand side of the page to contact them directly. They'll be the ones you need to contact about the offer.

    Yes, that's the one and the mailbox is no longer being monitored. Contacting Xbox support gets you sent here. The official line is that a community rep will be able to help everyone having issues. There are many, many people who haven't received the redemption.
    Contacting Microsoft support gets you sent to Xbox support. And obviously here we get send back to Xbox support, its like an infinite loop Have not received Xbox 360 0 Cashback offer money :)

    You can add me to the list for this as well - very very average service. Especially when you email the address listed and it comes back auto reply. I think instead of talking with xbox support I will put an my effort into talking with the Australian Competition
    and Consumer Commission. I encourage others in the same boat to do the same.

    The amazing and timely response from Microsoft to this tread has prompted me make sure my next console is a Sony. Already glad I use a Mac now.

    I still have no response from anyone by many avenues (as many others).

  12. The money has now come through. Although I think it was mainly due to everyone complaining about it. The terms and conditions were broken, but I hope everyone's money has come through now.

    Thanks for the reply. I must say I am extremely unhappy with Microsoft/xbox over this. I shouldn't have to chase this up, and even worse I shouldn't have to spend hours with a 'help' rep for them only to direct me here and again be told they can't help.
