Have not received redeemed reward

So I had saved points up to buy a $5 gift card and a week or two later and it has not arrived. I have tried chat support for half an hour and only was linked to this forum. I have checked and have not received it in the email and I have provided the right
email.

Points redeemed a month ago but haven’t been deposited

I redeemed 750 my vip gems on may 5 for 15000 Microsoft reward points and have not received them in my Microsoft rewards. Will I ever get them?

I have redeemed the reward and lost my points but never got the gift card. I have checked my email and trash multiple times.
