    So this never happened to me until now that i just purchased a game more like backwards compatible for $19.99 the purchase went throu but have not received my game the money be taken already waiting a few hours to get my game lowkey

    If you purchased it digitally from the MS store online and you are signed into the same account it would automatically show up in your ready to install section on your xbox one. You need to make sure that you are signed into the same account that you made
    the purchase with.

    Hi, you can verify your order history direct in your Microsoft account at: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/

    If your order is here you have correctly purchased the game for your account and you should find it in your library on your xbox in the "ready to install" section, you can also verify inside the Xbox Store in the game page to start the installation.

    If you can't find your order but your have been already charged on your card I suggest you to contact the support at https://support.xbox.com/en-US/browse/billing/ You
    can choose "Contact Us" at the bottom of the page and open a chat or wait a call from the support

    Please take in mind that the time it takes for refunds to be reflected in your bank account after the refund is approved is generally between 3 to 5 business days (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are non-business days). The time may vary depending on the bank, as some banks may take longer to process refunds while others may process them faster.

    If the refund was approved by Xbox more than 5 business days ago (taking into account that Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not business days), and you have received an email notifying you of the approval, then please respond to that email. This is the only way to get back in touch with the team that originally handled your refund request.
