    Have not received my game code for Forza 6 after redeeming promo code.


    Promotion Details: $299 **** Sale purchase. Xbox bundle which included Minecraft, Lego Movie and Name your game (where I chose Forza 6)

    Date of Purchase:16th of June 2016

    Promo Item: Forza 6 was the game I selected to redeem in the "Name your game" and went through the procedure of entering the promo code and other details. It was successful and got the message to check my email account for the game code within the next 24
    hours.

    I received the following email on the 21st of June:

    Hello,

    Thank you for your recent participation in our XBOX Console Bundle Name Your Game promotion! We understand that you may have encountered an error when attempting to redeem for Forza 6. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience!

    Forza 6 game codes will be available for redemption within one week. In the meantime, we appreciate your patience!

    In order to complete the redemption process once inventory has been replenished, please follow the steps below:

    1. Visit https://microsoft.promo.eprize.com/nameyourgame/

    2. Choose your country of purchase and click "Submit."

    3. The next screen will ask for your registration information. Do not re-register. Simply enter your email address and redemption code.

    4. Click the icon of the game you wish to receive and then click "Submit."

    You should receive an E-mail with the code to unlock the game on 11/22/13. That is when they are shipping codes out for this promo. I received a console and games and it said e-mail to redeem games will be sent on 11/22/13. Just hold on and you'll receive.

    Hello,

    I found the same green card in my new Xbox One in the Forza 6 bundle, which is indeed titled "Activate your 14 day Xbox Live Gold trial" and I redeemed the code from the Xbox One directly: after that I confirmed the 25-digit code, I got the confirmation
    that some weird-coded promotion was activated, but not the Xbox Live Gold, I was expecting.

    What is that code for then? The weird-coded promotion was called something like "promo live Sweden for Xbox 360" plus some other acronyms, which I don't remember.

    Generally with Xbox promotions codes are sent 6-8 weeks after the promo ends, but I've never heard of a promo like this.
