have not received Minecraft better together promotion

Hello I have fulfilled the requirements of receiving the Xbox Live version of Minecraft for free by playing my Xbox One physical copy for well over 5 hours and after trying to get help over the phone and in chat over 2 weeks later still haven’t gotten anywhere.
My case number is

Missing "Better together code"

hi. I'm trying to contact for the better together promotion for Minecraft. I haven't received a code yet.

The game met the requirements, but still haven't seen any mention.

Hey Xbox Gamer!

There are currently two versions of Minecraft on the Xbox One; the Xbox One Edition (which is no longer supported but remains playable if you own it) and the "Better Together" which is the version that has the cross platform feature. Late last year we had
a promotion in which if certain criteria was met, owners of the Xbox One Edition would receive a digital copy of the Better Together Minecraft. This is no longer valid, but we still have an article with the details of the offer at Minecraft
