Have not received January's Xbox Quest reward

I completed all three tasks pretty early in the month (just playing with my normal habits) yet have still not received any notification regarding that month's reward and it is now March. Could someone please investigate? Thank you in advance.

Didn't Receive January Rewards.

I believe I had completed the January's Xbox Quest, and I have not received the reward yet. I have waited to see if my rewards is just taking forever, but as I have received my February Reward yesterday, I see that is not the case.

 

January XBox Quest reward not received yet!

It seems I am not alone.

I am pretty sure I did finished all the steps for the January's Xbox Quest, but I have not received any reward regarding this as of March 3rd yet.

Please have somebody help looking into this issue, thanks.
