    Have not received Halo Wars Definitive Edition code yet


    I haven't received my halo wars definitive edition code yet. It says it should take 7-10 days, not business days, and it's already been 9 business days. I've called a hundred times and always get the " oh just wait a couple more days." Any help would be
    appreciated.

    Hi I recently purchased Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition but have not received my code to download Halo Wars The Definitive Edition yet.

    The codes for Halo Wars: Definitive Edition will be delivered to your Xbox message center in 7-10 days from pre-order, beginning December 20, 2016



    So if you don't have your code after 10 days from your date of pre-order, feel free to post up a new thread and we'll look into it then.

    Halo Wars Definitive Edition is only available for those who pre-ordered Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition, not the standard edition.

    If you did order the Ultimate Edition and still haven't received you code, can please head to this link and check if the game is available for download? https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/store/p/halo-wars-definitive-edition/c1lmknh1s8rv

    You can also try to search for Halo Wars Definitive Edition on the your Xbox One under the Ready to Install list (My Apps & Games).
