Have not received gears of war games

Hello, I own the gears of war ultimate edition retail disc version. I know I was supposed to receive a code for the past gears of war but I have not received any code yet.

I bought the Xbox One S Gears of War 4 Edition and i have not received my "past" Gears of Wars codes

I bought the Xbox One S Gears of War 4 Edition and i have not received my "past" Gears of Wars game codes. I bought it on Oct. 9th and I have not received anything. Why have I not received what I paid for?

I have purchased Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition but have not received my codes for the previous gears games.
