Have not received free EA ACCESS code for pre ordering NHL 17

I was refered to post my issue here from microsoft support chat...I preorded NHL 17 in the hopes of receiving this free code to play early access tonight or tomorrow may I please receive this code now.

Hey BlG STlCK NlCK! When did you pre-order the game? It usually takes 7-10 days after pre-order to receive your code. Post back and let us know!

 

I preordered the game on 9/1, and I had hoped to receive this code in the hopes of playing the early release trial last night or tonight since I wont be around this weekend and the games release is on Monday night. Help Chat said that you can expedite my
case and send me my code now, or last night like he said.
