Have not received Fallout 3 code

To clarify I bought it in the xbox one store on my xbox, not through any third party or a pc.

 

I purchased Fallout 4 on the 11th of November and have yet to receive a message with a code for Fallout 3.

Never received my fallout 3 code.

 

As the thread title suggest, it's been over 11 days since I bought Fallout 4 from the Xbox Live Marketplace and have yet to receive my copy of Fallout 3 via a Xbox Live message.

 

Bought through Xbox one digitally on release day, still haven't received the code after 2 weeks

 

I purchased the game on the xbox live store on the 13th and still havent received my code
