    i bought 2- 75 platinum for warframe using 500 gems i only received one of them but on my rewards page it shows both being redeemed! can you help i called customer support and i was told there was nothing they could do. and i would have to go to the forum.

  2. Help needed with MyVIP Gems redemption

    Hello Support,

    On 5/30/2018, I redeemed a total of 3 Xbox Reward from the MyVIP Vault (to use my Gems before expiration). The MyVIP Perks and

    Gems Statement states that all 3 redeemed, and the gems were deducted from my total, but I only received codes for 2 of the rewards. The one missing is for 5000 Rewards Credits, which have not appeared in my account, nor have I received an email with a redemption
    code. I did receive emails and codes for the other 2 rewards claimed that same day. The order history page on my Microsoft Account can confirm this, with those 2 rewards redeemed that same day on 5/30/2018

    Please review and advise on how I can successfully redeem the final reward. There is an open service reference number for this issue - 1428268196

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Update

    I have received reward codes in the past to my alternate email address so the email isn't the problem

    if the items are unavailable then please give me my 1200 MyVip Gems back so i can use them on something else

    i also forgot to add that the problem is one of the purchases is not even showing in my order history but again both show redeemed on my xbox rewards page.

    Hello GINNYtheHUSTLER,

    The "redeemed" on the Gems statement is just a record of you spending Gems to claim that item from the Vault. It does not track when you actually redeem the code from the redeem.microsoft.com site.

    I redeemed another 100 points on GWENT 2 Card Kegs -100 MyVIP Gems

    using my main Xbox email address and received the code & code worked

    I used my Xbox alternate email address with the other three redeemed items

    04/13/2018 GWENT 2 Card Kegs -100 MyVIP Gems REDEEMED

    04/07/2018 Forza Motorsport 7 Driver Gear -100 MyVIP Gems REDEEMED

    04/07/2018 3-Month Xbox Live Gold Subscription -1,000 MyVIP Gems REDEEMED

    They should show as pending on the rewards site. They are scheduled to be deposited at the end of the month.
    no. when I redeemed my vip gems they asked for an email to send the code to redeem the reward points. I'm trying to say its been a few weeks, yet no email. and there is no status of them on the rewards site...

    I think I may also be having this same type of an problem since I just yesterday tried to use some of my gems too for an 250 Gem reward, no email for that one yet.

    5,000 Rewards Credits for 250 Gems ,

    but in any case I have yet to get an redeem email code for it, not really sure where I need to go for them to send me my code anyway, it sounds related to some of these problems report on this forum. I think it should convert the points to Microsoft rewards
    points correct, so I can use it on my xbox one, anyway if it was an direct $5 dollar deposit that would be fine, but I don't think its show up on my account yet. it sounds like their having problems with some of these 250 gem rewards , I used an 100 gem rewards
    also yesterday I got an email for that one, but not my 250 gem reward yet.
