have not received email with codes for amazon order

I ordered five $5.00 Amazon gift cards on May 21st and I only received 1 email with 1 code. There should have been 5 of them. They immediately took out 5,250 points, 5 times. It shows they all shipped but they didn't. It says to hit the resend button on
my order history to get the emails sent again, but there is no resend button to push. So now I have only 1 card which I did redeem, but I should have had 5 of them. I already talked to support and they finally sent me here. I hope you can help me. Thank you,

That was only a pre-order offer if you pre-ordered through Amazon so you should have received a code from them. If not, you would need to contact Amazon customer support for assistance.

XBOX live preorder codes

Just a note - Amazon support is extremely supportive with missing pre-order codes. They re-sent me my code email (that never got to me in the first place) and also pasted my code into the chat I had with them. I highly recommend the built in Amazon Support
chat. Helpful, quick, painless (at least for me)!

What is the $10.00 code for? A digital download rebate, or something?

Apparently you can place a pre-order with Amazon, receive an emailed Beta code, and then cancel the pre-order. I dunno when MS sends theirs out.

If you bought it through Amazon, you should have been given a code to give him. They should have emailed it to the email on your Amazon account, but you can check the order history through Amazon to get it also.

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. Since you pre-ordered a physical copy of Ace Combat 7 from Amazon, you would not receive a digital code for redemption via your Xbox as that is only for digital purchases. You should receive the
code from Amazon either in the physical contents themselves, or by email. If you have yet to receive that code from Amazon, then you'll need to get in contact with their support team to have that looked into.
