Pre-ordered Madden 17 and have not received the Ea Access one month code yet. I would like to have it ASAP! Thank You Very Much!

I have not received my ea access code trial for pre-ordering madden 17 please help.

I pre ordered madden 17 and have not received my code for the 1 month of EA access .

 

Imhaving the same problem i havent recieve mine either its been 11 days but ea hasent dont anything about it

 

Please contact xbox chat support so that they can also check your account if the code was sent to your account.

 

@xHTGx Bonafide i did and they said they could not help me and Ea Controls the codes.

When did you pre-order the game? The promotional codes are sent 7-10 days after the date you purchased the game. For example, if you pre-ordered a game on August 15, 2016, your code would be expected to arrive sometime between August 22-25.
