Have not received EA access code for preorder BF1

I preordered game on 10/03/16 I am pretty sure and still have not recieved my code for a month of BF1. My friend preordered same day as me and got it 4 days ago

I found the solution, you need to enter first the code of EA Access trial, but I did not have that code so I bought a month of EA Access and then reedeem the code of BF1, and it worked

Microsoft Commerce account please? Codes are typically sent 7-10 days from the date of pre-order so confirming that you ordered on October 3, 2016 and not a day or two later will help us.
