    Xbox return - No email from temando to print a label

    Hello, I have a faulty Xbox one & have submitted Service Request RMA 1436xxxxxx. It is packed & ready to go, however I have not received the email from *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***' to print out a label. Thanks, Adrian. Please help.

    How do I print a shipping label from the new Online Service Center?

    So what do we do if you cannot open the email to print the e-label when you receive it, and there is not an option to re print the shipping label.

    Hi,

    Have you checked you junk inbox and your spam inbox just to be sure?

    If there's nothing in there from them, I'd contact Xbox Support and ask them to send another one, or to re-send it.

    Hi,

    I just did the necessary to declare my xboxone controller out of order.

    I followed all the steps till the ultimate to obtain the replacement.

    Then an error appeared on the page requesting me to go back and resubmit.

    I tried... but now the site says I have reached the max replacement demand...

    I live in france. The online support is supposed to be reacheable untill 22:00.I tried several times around 21:00 and an answering machine constantely repeat that the desk is closed and to go on xbox support...

    What can I do.... ???

    Xbox warranty return problems

    Yes, but I received an email from microsofts shipping partner and they said they would give me an e-label to send the controller to them but their was no e-label attached and it has been a week.

    As I said in the initial message, that link for the label hasn't been working, it opens a tab and all that I see is this --> "[ ]"

    As for receiving it in an e-mail, the only one I have received is the one telling me that I started a service order and that another e-mail would come with the shipping label, which has yet to happen.
    I would either wait 24 hours for the email as it could take time to send and for them to get a label prepaid for you or you should contact Xbox support in a live chat if time is important.
