Have not received Dishonored definitive edition pre-order bonus for pre-ordering Dishonored 2

I pre-ordered Dishonored 2 on the 2nd of this month. I received the imperial assassin's pack on that day, but I did not have dishonored definitive edition in my "ready to install" section. Because of this I contacted xbox support and they told me to wait
7-10 business days for a code in a message that microsoft would send. It is now the 21st of the month and I still don't have the code. Please help me resolve this problem I just want my game.

Haven't Received Dishonored 1 Definitive Edition from Dishonored 2 pre-order.

I pre-ordered Dishonored 2 about two weeks ago and I have still not received Dishonored 1 Definitive Edition. I have been checking the store and it still says you receive the game from pre-ordering, so it appears the offer is still valid.

Wanted to clarify that when we pre-order dishonored 2 the dishonored definitive edition does not arrive until after dishonored 2 releases, correct?

 

You shouldn't receive a code. The game should show as free to purchase from the store. If not, post back here and support will check into it for you.

 

I just checked the store and it's telling me that I can buy it for 10 dollars. It doesn't show up as free
