Have not received content I’ve payed for!

Hello,

Not even an hour ago I bought the new COD Modern Warfare 2 Remastered Content. And in that its supposed to come with ingame items for COD Modern Warfare(2020). So I was aware of its release and went to the Microsoft store to purchase it and did easily, i
started the download and finished the download for the ingame content and hopped into the game to find its not there. When i go into the ingame store it says i can buy it then I press purchase and it brings me to the Microsoft Store and tells me ive aready
purchased it and I go back into the game and find a never ending loading circle. Ive tried restarting the console and uninstalling the content and reinstalling and nothing proves to be successful. Please Help!

No problem! Yeah likewise I always tend to wait a day or two to download content because I know that day one I probably won't get anywhere due to everyone downloading at the same time.

Ok thank you for your response! I would also think the same thing. Im going to see if finishing downloading the pre-ordered game might activate access to it. Its pretty typical for a COD game to act like that theyre always filled with problems here and
there.

This is correct. It is available for pre order but not available till April 30, ad it states in the store

Hi There,

As far as I know, the Call of Duty remaster is only available on the PS4 for now and will be available on the Xbox and PC on April 30th due to being a timed release. Are you sure you didn't just buy the preorder for the game?

I two have a similar problem except i have pre ordered the mw2 pack in the mw store i had gotten the UDT skin for mw and i have not gotten mw2 remastered is this just me or are there others with this problem
