    I purchased a 3 months gold membership on June 13 on my account but the free 3 months promotional code has not yet been sent to me. I should have received it within 10 business days of promotion end date.

    What should I do? Please advise.

  5. Same issue here. Contacting support tells us to post here as they supposedly cannot help. Those affected are getting a bit of a run around at the moment.
