Have not received alan wake's amercian nightmare code

It's been 11 days and I still haven't received the alan wake's american nightmare code and I ordered Quantum Break from the market place.

Microsoft sent me only Alan Wake 's American Nightmare code , but I also have the right to play Alan Wake

I bought the Quantum Break in pre sale, had not received the Alan Wake code. Microsoft sent me the Alan Wake's American Nightmare code but have not received the code from the main campaign of Alan Wake.
