Have not logged into Minecraft since 2020 I know the email and (maybe) password but i cant...

Just have a few questions to try and get my head around what may be happening:

1. Do you have any subscriptions attached to your Microsoft account (Microsoft 365, Xbox etc...)
   
2. Have you been signing into your account at least once a year through a web browser to check emails etc...?
   
3. How long have you had the account, before using it to play minecraft?
   
4. What error message do you get when you try and sign into your account?
   

Depending on your answers, it will depend on what may have happened with your Microsoft account. If someone doesn't sign into their account for more than 365 days (1 year), the account is marked as inactive, thus deleted. However, there is a 10-day period where the user can reactivate their account.

However, if there are subscriptions tied to the account, this doesn't apply and the account stays active, even if the user doesn't sign into the account every 365 days. More information on this can be found here: Microsoft account activity policy

I do not have any other subscriptions

I have only ever used this for Minecraft and i have not signed in since 2020 ( if not longer )

I only made this account for Minecraft

Password or username incorrect but i no longer have access to the email to reset or change password.

I suppose i will just bite the bullet and give up on that account

Its not a big issue just thought i would ask, thankyou for taking the time to reply.

i have been through all the emails i have and i cant find minecraft there is it possible to tell me the email that the xbox minecraft account VividBlinx is linked to because i can then possibly reset the password and log into it

Im Having the same problem, with no sucess logging in. The support topic didnt help and I erased my profile and, now, I cant redownload since it asks for the email/password ( THE CORRECT ONES ) and I cant redownload it. Help?
