Overwatch- Early Access Keys

I Pre-Ordered Overwatch on the 28th of April and Blizzard says that all users will get their Keys on the 2th of may. I have not recieved any of my keys and when I try to download the open Beta it says "Bundle Only". Looks like We pre-ordered for nothing.

To receive your beta key would have needed to pre-order on or before April 29th. The friend keys as of yesterday were still going out in waves, so check your Xbox messages for the code if you still haven't received, and you did preorder before the 29th.

If you ordered before April 29th and still have not received your friend code, then hold tight. Other people haven't received theirs so you likely haven't gotten your wave of codes. See this
link on how to access the beta and times it launches.

They're still going out in waves. I'm guessing because release was technically tomorrow they targeted that date. Be patient for the friend key, and download the beta client now if you can. Also note that if you didn't purchase before April 29th you aren't
eligible for early access or a friend key.

It's the same thing for me man. I've been playing but my friend is waiting. It's now 4 hours after the beta opened

We don't have any alternate codes to provide unfortunately. Open beta begins this weekend though

Sorry to hear you didn't receive your beta key. While that phase of the open beta is over, everyone should now have access to the fully open beta

Please search for Overwatch Beta in the Xbox Store and download it if you haven't already. Have fun!

Unfortunately if you have already redeemed the code there is no way to give it to another user and they will not send you a replacement code. Sorry.

Hydro Skillet's last post has some useful information and is likely the case. There may have been some confusion but if the game isn't showing in your Ready to Install it sounds like the code may have been redeemed on a different account. Be sure to check
there. If you're still not able to find it please let us know.
