    Have not been recieving monthly rewards


    I have not been recieving the rewards for renewing my Gold subscription for the past year. What is the problem here?

    I havent been recieving any of the xbox quest rewards for the past 3 month

    please help me i am not recieving any of the rewards after going all the xbox love quests on xbox one. I havent been recieving anything at all please help me. I have done all the quests and waited for months with no rewards.

    The offer for renewing Xbox Live Gold has been discontinued since July 2014.

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
    https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/
    .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
    2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

    I have been checking both emails everyday, so far I havent recieved anything. Is this something that can take a few days? I have recieved email regarding other rewards mission wins and gains, just nothing on this one yet.

    I think the change to Microsoft rewards has been a nice smooth change over with a ton of added features and chances at more reward points.

    You have a chance at getting a fair amount of points daily and they now have an Xbox Rewards app that can help you score even more points.

    A lot of selection in rewards/sweepstakes.
    No MyVIP Star Rank, No MyVIP Gems,no, MyVIP Perks no MyStats, No MyVIP Badges, no Mychallanges.. no Features Monthly offers, no Monthly survey ,

    It completely sucks ..

    As outlined in the FAQ, FREEdom is not a featured monthly offer:

    Featured Monthly Missions

    This includes our featured monthly offer on the site (past examples include Xbox University and XOXO Rewards; these offers usually feature separate Rewards Credits amounts for buying select content, avatar items, and completing achievements, plus an extra bonus
    for completing all of the steps).

    For example, offers like Dr. Rewards in January or last month's Pandemic Rewards are monthly offers. Since you have not had 6 completions of these featured missions, you have not completed this MyChallenge.
