I'm not even able to cancel the subscription even though it's only been a few days

i have a question. so i bought rainbow six seige, but i had to cancel my game pass, and since i canceled it, i havent been able to play. why is that?

It's not even like I want to cancel forever.

I'm going away for six months so don't want to pay for it for six months then I plan on re-enabling it when I get back but.

I have lost my RANK TWICE.

That doesn’t sound like much however it took months to get the RANK up. Unlock characters weapon skins obtain 93% of the ribbons. Gone all gone twice so why play the game if we can’t save it???

Microsoft is capitalizing on this it takes another six months of online gaming to get back to where I was.

This is six months of PAYING for xbox LIVE. Money in the Bank for Microsoft.

My Advice is not to support Microsoft in any way, do not buy or play Gears of War 2 or GOW3.This is an excellent game to play but not worth it when they reset your RANK to ZERO and you can’t fix it. No backup restore.

Had I been informed about this so called GLITCH in GOW2 and GOW3 I would not be SUPER ANGRY now. I may have got a bit upset but not SUPER ANGRY!

I wanted to cancel the ultimate pass and go back to normal. It even says on my account when that month would have expired. I would have been charge 10.99 every month. That would displayed when I signed up.
