    When click on Social, it takes a while trying to load. Sometimes I can see the send/receive gift options. Then the whole game crashes. Other players having same problem. MS please help!

    I was busy downloading a few last week, but the game crashed and now I cannot get into downloadable collections at all. Every time I click it, the timer just turns and then the game crashes.

    ORI AND THE BLIND FOREST CRASH AT START UP - XBOX ONE ELITE

    I also have an XBOX One Elite and have been playing the game fine for a week or so (on and off) and now suddenly it crashes every time on start up. I user energy saving mode, it took 3 restarts of the xbox and 10 restarts of the game for me to get back into
    it.

    I have been having the same issues as well. I have been able to logon every now and again but keep getting kicked off. I have had this issue for about a week now.

    2 and a half weeks and 4 support phone calls later, which claimed "I would have an answer within 24 hours" and yet my problem still persists

    I have not been suspended or banned??? They just keep locking my account and I have to get a code sent to a phone every time. How is that getting banned? I have called Xbox support 4 times over the last 2 and a half weeks and they claim it has been passed
    to someone else. And that I would hear from them within 3 days. That was over 2 weeks ago. If my account was banned I wouldn't be able to log into it at all. So how am I banned? I am not

    Has anyone been able to get into an online game over the past couple of days? Ever time I try I get an error message saying you have lost connection to the session. Tried every game mode now and still the same problem. Getting annoyed with this game now.
