    Have not been able to access my rewards in 2 years :/


    I get constant email's to get my rewards and every time I sign in I get a notice "Please check your account information so we can make a deposit" a red light appears "attention needed" "Your deposits aren’t going through! Please ensure the billing information
    listed in your Microsoft Commerce account is correct by clicking the button below. If it is, please create a post in our support forum here."

    Everything is up to date. I make purchases on my account periodically. So my billing is correct, I even changed my credit card to see if that would work. Still having the problems. NOT COOL Have not been able to access my rewards in 2 years :/ :(

    Transition from XBOX rewards account to a suspended Microsoft rewards account

    I have been a loyal microsoft and Xbox customer for years with an active xbox gold membership for almost 2 years now.

    A few years ago my Microsoft Rewards account was suspended.

    Now that XBOX rewards account is migrating/merging with Microsoft Rewards account, I am loosing access to the rewards program.

    Is there a way to restore my Microsoft rewards account in good faith so that I can continue enjoying my XBOX experience?

    I haven't been able to convert any of my rewards points for the past 2 years and I have purchased at the least 10 games

    Hello dVALE11,

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
    This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when this problem will be resolved. To be clear, this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input. The prompt asking you
    to update your information is a symptom of this error, and adjusting your information will, in most cases, not resolve this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.
