    is this on windows 10, have you ran all windows updates, also open the windows store and select the three dots top right, hit updates and downloads then select get updates to check for any new gaming services updates.

    Let me add: Xbox asks me to sign in. I sign in and it says " Lets PLay " I hit that and xbox recycles to the xbox sign in
