    Have no info on ban to console, Enforcement page no help.


    For some reason my console was banned for a month and I have no info why. The enforcement page has no info on it, I had to find out by calling the support line and was told at that time it was. I would like to know why it was banned because I was not online
    for 2 weeks and don't know what happened. If the enforcement team could get back to me by email or something that would be great.

    Hi,

    I keep getting pointed to the web page about console bans and told only the enforcement team can "help." No where on that console banned page does it tell me how to contact the enforcement team so how do I contact them?

    Banned and cant dispute as dont know why

    I have been told by Xbox live agent via chat that my console is banned from all live features, I have no reason why, no clue what we have done, just been told banned for life, tried to contact enforcement team but no joy, ban doesn't show up on enforcement
    page either, anybody help me please,

    The enforcement team do not use the forums and there is no way to contact them concerning console bans.

    see that's the problem. I have no way to contact them but I also am banned but not told why. I would like to know why I'm being punished.

    If it's a account ban you would need to go to the enforcement site HERE for info & to file for a case review if eligible.

    If it's a console ban then that wont show on the enforcement site

    You would need to go to the enforcement page HERE for info on your suspension/ban & to file for a case review if eligible.

    No one on the forums or at support can help with enforcement actions.

    I understand but did you read the page? The enforcement team heavily investigates these issues just so they don't make mistakes. If you received a ban than that means there was substantial proof that justified a console ban. If the console was purchased
    used, it could be something the previous owner did. If your xbox was repaired by a third-party then that counts as a MOD and can possibly get you banned. Hope this info helps.
