Have no clue why I got a communication ban.

I just got a communication ban and I have no clue why, I have not sent any messages in the past two months. I also don’t play with my mic.

Communication ban

yesterday I got my second communication ban for no reason and I’m not quite sure why I got it and I’ve contacted Xbox a lot yesterday and now today and I still have no clue why I got it so if you could tell me why I got the ban that would be appreciated

 

Xbox Ambassadors

Recently I received a communications ban, not really sure why I received the ban because the only people I talk to are people I know in real life and out of the 9+ years I’ve had Xbox live I’ve never received a ban. So I’m wondering why one I recieved the
ban and two why I got removed from the Ambassadors Program for a ban that I have no clue why I recieved in the first place.
