    Have Network Connection but won't sign in to Live


    I came back to my dorm from winter break. Where I left my Xbox One. Everything worked fine before but now I can't get on xbox live. I'm connected to the internet but it won't allow me to get on Live. I've tried wired/wireless. I was told to delete my account
    and download it again. But now I can't even add my account back. I don't know what to do, When I test the network it says it's all good. No error messages at any point.

    Hello for the past few days my xbox hasn't been connecting to xbox live but when I test the network connection there are no errors but when I try to sign in to xbox live it still won't sign in. How do I fix this issue?

    Xbox Live Signing In Issue

    Hello,

    I've previously successfully signed in to Xbox Live and had been signed in for months. Suddenly, my Xbox won't sign in to Xbox Live with my account.

    I checked the network connection. All tests available on the Xbox say that the network connection is recognized and that the network connection is working fine, however, the Xbox won't sign into my account even though it had always previously done so. Therefore,
    I cannot continue to play games other than offline or use any apps which require Xbox Live connection.

    The network test was fine.

    After I sign in my profile and click on connect to Xbox live, it shows the signing in screen and continues to sign in but doesn't and won't go past that screen.

    Arrgh!!!!!! *sign* my xbox same thing also since this morining i had post about it but someone delete it, i find when i connect to network and sign in to xbox live it freeze but not sign in to xbox live but still connect to network no problem or not connect
    to network but still sign in no problem.

    it only freeze up when both sign in to xbox live and connect to network.

    I too have the Clear Hub and it's about to be day number 3 for me. Same here no problem when I'd sign out for the night but the next day I can't even sign on to live. I did EVERYTHING!!! and still Network to Internet won't connect.

    Hey there. I did some research on your "modem". The USB WAP modem won't always connect on startup. The console runs two network tests on STARTUP that looks for the Ethernet cable and the Wireless networking tool. If the console cannot establish a connection
    using an Ethernet cable or the Wireless, you will sign in offline. However, if you connect afterwards, the console will search all available connection methods and attempt to sign you onto the LIVE Network that way. Hope this helped!
