Have multiple emails connected to my phone number, but forgot the email

Hi,

I recently created another outlook account using my phone number and forgot the email. I also bought a game and I was logged out of my Xbox account and I can't reach it. I've reached out to Xbox support but they told me there's no way to find out the email that I used. So now I've lost the game that I paid for.

Is there really no way to find out the email? I've tried every possible combination of passwords and nothing works. I know my gamertag, but as I understand it can't help me in any way, neither can my phone number.

Your best option to recover a forgotten email would be to look among your devices for the previously saved accounts, as this is sensitive information support can't help you with it

Sometimes we add the email to other email accounts as recovery options, you can also look into the safety settings of other accounts, that way you will at least see part of the email and maybe it could help you to remember it

Thank you. The first question in the form is asking me for my accounts email, phone number or Skype. The problem is that I forgot the email and I didn't have anything else for the account.

I forgot to mention, my son gave log in details, and my phone number was removed and so too was my email address linked to his account, I got the email telling me my phone number had been removed, now his proper email is not linked to his account. What
do we do?

All of those options require you to already be signed in or to know the email address or phone number associated with the account. So none of those work for us.

Does your kid have multiple emails of phone numbers?

Did he use an email/phone number he regularly uses to communicate, or was that a "made up" address that was solely used for Xbox?

If your son used an email or phone number that actually exists, he should be able to remember the cellphone number, or try his email addresses on https://account.xbox.com and check if he's able to sign in with one of his emails.

If your roblox account is linked to your Microsoft account and you don't remember anything about email or phone numbers possibly linked to it

Sadly, an account cannot be recovered with the gamertag alone.
