Have MS Ultimate Word Games for quite awhile.

Windows 11. When I renewed my subscription, I could not load the program. It was not connecting with the cloud or anything. So, I deleted the app and then re-installed it. Now, I'm back at level 1 with the same name Tempered Tuna33 when I was at level 289 and 30 something on my maps.

When you say "Just renewed it and it wouldn't come up" are you referring to the no-ads subscription? Or what exactly?
Also, is this happening on Windows, right?
If yes, are you using 10 or 11?

I see, please try this, all together:
Sign out from your account on Xbox app, Microsoft Store and from the game and do this:

Go to windows settings > apps > search for gaming services app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that, click repair and then reset

Then do the same for the Xbox and Ultimate word app:

Go to windows settings > apps > search for Xbox app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that, click repair and then reset

Now, Sign in again on Microsoft store, Xbox app and Ultimate word with your account and check if you're able to sync the progress
