    Have money in account but cannot use it to buy DLC


    I have €25 in my account but when I try to buy DLC, it is not offered as an option to pay, the only options are Credit Card and Paypal, which I don't want to use. How do I get the €25 to appear as a payment option please?

    im just wondering why i cannot use my money on my account to buy dlc for 360 games.

    HI! My account gold member cannot use it. i checked my credit card was already Expired. and i was update the credit card information. buy still cannot buy or use the gold member. and i go to buy Xbox card add money to my account. but still can't use the

    This didn't work, as paying from the money on my account doesn't seem to be an option.

    You cannot use your account money to buy xbox live subscriptions. You would need to use a credit card or buy a prepaid gold card
