Have made Microsoft Store purchases but have not received points?

You'll want to post in the support section of this forum in order for them to check into your account. If you can post any specific offers you're looking for credits from, that would help too.

Purchases of fifa points have been made on my account. I did not make the purchases and have not received the points.

Microsoft will not refund me for these under their term of sale agrrement.

can anyone tell me how these could have been bought without my knowledge, and is there any way to prove to MIcrosoft that I have not made these purchases.

The purchases have to be made from the Xbox Store (console or Xbox.com). If you made the purchases from the Microsoft Store (Microsoftstore.com) they would not have been eligible. Purchases from Microsoftstore.com are only eligible if the offer specifies
that the purchase has to be made there.

Any purchase made at Microsoft will appear in the purchase history I sent you.

If it does not appear, it means that the purchase was not made at microsoft or they were not made in this purchase.

These purchases that you identified on the invoice, do you have any description of where they were made?

One note, you said app store. App store is an Apple store, not microsoft.

I still have not received my 50,000 points for upgrading to an Xbox One from the 360.

Nor are any online purchases from microsoft store being recognized either.
